The project of a residential building ecological for de accommodation in Seville, in the historic district of San Luis de Sevilla recovers a way of life based on inner recess.

The neighborhood of San Luis is located in the walled old town, along the arc of the Macarena and the Almohades walls, and its plot intact Arabic. Historically has been the working class district of Sevilla, better known by St. Julian. There are still pockets of citizens' movements active in the famous plaza of El Pumarejo which has become a true cultural center of the city edge.

There are a number of Churches declared "Cultural Heritage", among which stand out as one of the best performances of Baroque Seville to the Church of St. Louis of the French, along with the church of San Salvador in the Plaza del Pan The church gives its name to the street, neighborhood real artery.  Other churches: Santa Marina, San Marcos, San Roman, OniumSamtorum, etc., Are real jewels of Moorish architecture. Duque Cornejo Street connects the church of San Luis to San Julian, also Mudejar.

The Centro Andaluz de Teatro, Dance, and Flamenco was established its permanent headquarters in the former convent and hospice buildings of the Church of St. Louis of the French taking place around the opening of numerous alternative venues for theater, dance, flamenco and contemporary art galleries. Undoubtedly represent a major contribution to the cultural life of the city.

Have also opened numerous tapas bars, restaurants with diverse cuisines, organic food stores and traditional, and bars with live music, which ultimately makes this neighborhood, along with the neighboring area of Alameda de Hercules, one of the most vibrant and bustling city. Highlight "the bicycle Bar" (#36 Feria street) and many bars in " El Corralón "(#48 Castelar street)

And do not forget that the most revered, popular and beautiful Virgen off the city, is located in the Basilica de la Macarena, the arc, and the only remains of the walls of SevillaAlmohade Arabic. The Giralda tower and cathedral are 18 minutes to walk from the district of San Luis.
